Development of the pilot training on the inclusion of LGBTIQ+ forcibly displaced people in service provision

We are pleased to inform that Forcibly Displaced People Network has won a grant from Pride Foundation Australia to develop a pilot online training module on inclusive practice for Australian services seeing LGBTIQA+ refugees and people seeking asylum.

This module will be targeted at organisations working with asylum-seeking, migrant, refugee and international student populations as well as LGBTIQ+ organisations and services working with people living with HIV.

The project is led by the Forcibly Displaced People Network in partnership with Meridian – formerly AIDS Action Council, Centre for Digital Humanities at the Australian National University, BridgeMeals and Migration Council of Australia.

If your organisation wishes to be one of the test users, get in touch with us.
